General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
§1 General
The General Terms and Conditions (GTC) listed here are subject to every contract concluded with the company "KK OG", in particular via the
By placing an order, the customer accepts the contract points listed here as part of the purchase contract.
§2 Conclusion of contract
By placing an order, the buyer merely submits an offer; the automatically generated confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of this offer. A valid legal transaction only comes about with the subsequent confirmation of acceptance by email from the seller.
§3 Prices
The prices are given in euros and net, the statutory value added tax is therefore already included. In addition, shipping costs are incurred, which the buyer has to bear. The prices at the time the contract was concluded apply.
§4 Delivery time
As a rule, the dispatch takes place within 7 days after receipt of payment. If this is not possible, the buyer will be informed by email and has the opportunity to withdraw from the contract until receipt of a shipping confirmation.
Delays that are not within the sphere of influence of "KK OG" cannot be attributed to it and are therefore not legally enforceable.
§5 Delivery costs
The delivery costs are to be borne by the buyer and depend on the size and weight of the products purchased and the country to which they are being shipped.
§6 Guarantee and claims
When the goods are handed over to the shipping company, the risk passes from the seller to the buyer. "KK OG" is not liable for any damage to the goods occurring from this point in time. Before accepting the package/packages, the buyer must examine them for transport damage and not accept the package in the event of damage.
With regard to the warranty periods, the provisions of the General Civil Code apply. This basically provides for a warranty period of 24 months for moveable items.
§7 Right of withdrawal
The "KK OG" hereby points out the buyer's statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with KSchG, according to which unused goods can be returned within 14 days for a refund of the purchase price paid and the shipping costs without giving reasons. Merely checking the function of the product does not result in the right of withdrawal being forfeited. However, any use beyond this will lead to a reduction in the value of the product, which will be deducted from the purchase price paid when the refund is made.
In order to exercise this right of withdrawal, the buyer must inform the seller within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The shipping costs for the return have to be borne by the buyer.
The buyer will receive further information on the right of withdrawal and a sample form by email.
§8 Packaging
The "KK OG" ships in neutral packaging, advertising and other declarations referring to the content of the delivery are omitted.
§9 Legal situation
The "KK OG" expressly points out that the respective legal situation in the country in which products purchased from the "KK OG" are used must be observed. When using the products sold by "KK OG", the buyer confirms that he knows and complies with the laws applicable in his country. "KK OG" cannot be held responsible for violations of the law and distances itself from any misuse of the products you sell.
